Kinesiology
Kinesiology comes from the Greek word kineses meaning “movement”. It is a complementary holistic therapy which uses muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body. Muscle testing removes all of the guess work, it’s the language Kinesiologists use to communicate with the body and identify what is needed to improve health and wellbeing. Kinesiology is a non-intrusive, holistic, natural health therapy which helps support and manage health, wellbeing and emotional issues. Treatments are safe, effective, drug-free and are suitable for all ages.
Kinesiology is an accurate and safe way to identify food sensitivities. Knowing which foods are having a negative impact on your body is a key step into finding the root cause of your problems. Once a food sensitivity is identified, kinesiology can also identify what nutrition would help your body to eventually tolerate the food again. Kinesiology can also be used to identify deficiencies and which supplements might be required to rebalance the body. However, nutrition is Just one dimension to kinesiology, it can work to identify and correct imbalances in all the systems of the body and also looking at the emotional and mental aspects of the self.
