Monday - 11.15 - 12.15pm: Pilates with Pam Banfield-Coombes. Beginners and improvers welcome
Wednesday - 4.00 - 5.00pm: Pilates with Pam Banfield-Coombes. Improvers and intermediates welcome
Classes require a block booking which can be arranged directly through the teacher.
Pam is a fully qualified Pilates Mat teacher with Balanced body having studied under internationally renowned Nikki Chrysostomou from Tranquillity Studios in London. Pam is also qualified in Pilates apparatus and studied at M Bodies Training Academy.
Pam has been practicing Pilates for over 7 years and is a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual who came to Pilates through suffering a long term chronic pain condition. Pam also is an avid practitioner of Tai Chi and Yoga.
Pam changed her life course, due to this condition. Rehabilitated and through her own experiences wanted to share the benefits of Pilates with others.
Pilates will help improve your everyday life. If you do sport it will enhance your performance by improving core strength . If you suffer from a bad back, tight muscles, shoulders or any number of pain conditions it will assist you to manage your body better.
Pilates aims to develop Core Strength, Flexibility, Body Awareness, Balance and Posture Alignment. It will help Strengthen, Mobilize, Stretch and Relax your body.
