Meditation and other courses
At the Lotus Retreat we run regular Meditation and Reiki healing evenings.
On the last Thursday of each month from 7.00 till 9.00pm, Carrie and Kathleen host an evening of Reiki and meditation for those attuned to Reiki level one and above, or those about to learn level one. During these beautiful evenings, the group practice giving and receiving Reiki, and enjoy a meditation led by Kathleen Hartley. The evenings often include some fun energy-work exercises and fascinating talks of subjects such as dowsing and chakras.
